Terms of use.

Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. The show is rain or shine. We may refuse entry or remove anyone for unsafe or disruptive behavior, and no refund is given in that case.

• General admission is $10; children 12 and under are free with a paying adult.
• VIP passes, when available, include the perks listed on the tickets page and are limited in number.
• The schedule and activities are subject to change, and weather may affect parts of the day.
• If we must cancel the show for safety reasons, ticket holders will be notified by email with next steps.

Car entry is $30 per vehicle and includes a dash plaque, a driver packet, and judging in your class. Entrants are responsible for their own vehicles and for following the load-in and staging instructions in their driver packet. Judging decisions are final.

Vendor booths and sponsorships are subject to a separate agreement confirmed after your application. Booth fees and sponsorship commitments support the Fredericksburg Morning Rotary Club and its community work.

You may browse and use the site for your own personal, lawful purposes. Please do not misuse it: no scraping, interfering with how it runs, or using it to break the law. The content here, including text, images, and the show name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

The site and the event are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fredericksburg Car Fest is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the show. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
