• Details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email, phone, and vehicle details when you register a car, apply to vend, or inquire about sponsorship.
• Your email address when you join our newsletter or the VIP notify list.
• Order details if you buy tickets, processed by our ticketing partner.
• Basic analytics, such as pages visited and rough location, gathered through cookies to understand how the site is used.

We use your information to:

• Confirm car entries, vendor booths, and sponsorships, and answer your messages.
• Send the newsletter or VIP updates you asked for, which you can leave at any time.
• Process and confirm ticket orders through our ticketing partner.
• Keep the site working and improve it over time.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the vendors who help us run the show, such as our ticketing and email providers, and only as much as each needs to do its job.
