Saturday, June 12, 2027. Entrant load-in starts at 9 AM, gates open to the public at noon, and awards hit the main stage at 3:30. Here is how the day unfolds.

  1. 9:00 AM

    Entrant load-in

    Registered cars roll into Marktplatz and stage by class. Check in at the entrant tent for your dash plaque and driver packet.

  2. 11:00 AM

    Judging begins

    The panel walks the rows and scores entries across all classes. Owners should be near their cars to answer questions.

  3. 12:00 PM

    Gates open

    The show opens to the public. Live music, food trucks, and the vendor market all begin on the plaza.

  4. 2:30 PM

    People's Choice voting closes

    Last call to cast your vote for your favorite ride. Ballots are at the info booth on Main Street.

  5. 3:30 PM

    Awards and trophies

    Best in Show, class winners, and People's Choice on the main stage. Stick around to cheer the winners.

  6. 4:00 PM

    Wrap up

    Thanks for coming. Entrants may pull out after the awards. See you next year on Main Street.

Bringing a car?

Load in at 9 AM
Roll into Marktplatz from the entrant gate, check in for your dash plaque and packet, then stage by class.

Judging runs through the late morning. Owners should be at their cars to answer questions about the build.
Stay for the awards
Class winners, People's Choice, and Best in Show are called from the main stage at 3:30. You have to be there to win it.

Entering a car.

How do I enter my car in the show?
Register online ahead of the show through the registration page. Entry is $30 per vehicle and includes a dash plaque, driver perks, and judging across all classes.
What does the entry fee cover?
The $30 entry fee covers your reserved show spot, a collectible dash plaque, a driver packet, and entry into judging for your class and for Best in Show.
What time do entrants arrive?
Entrant load-in starts at 9 AM. Registered cars roll into Marktplatz and stage by class. Check in at the entrant tent for your plaque and packet before gates open at noon.
How is judging done?
A volunteer panel scores entries across all eight classes through the morning. Class winners, People's Choice, and Best in Show are announced from the main stage at 3:30 PM.
