When and where is the Fredericksburg Car Fest?
Saturday, June 12, 2027, at historic Marktplatz on Main Street in downtown Fredericksburg, TX. Gates open to the public at noon and the show runs to 4 PM, with awards at 3:30.
How much is admission?
General admission is $10, kids 12 and under are free, and VIP passes are $25. VIP includes shaded seating, a welcome drink, and early entry. VIP goes on sale soon.
How many cars will be there?
More than 150 classic cars across eight show classes, from pre-war touring cars and hot rods to muscle, trucks, imports, and modern exotics. It is one of the Hill Country's largest single-day shows.
Is the show family friendly?
Yes. There is a kids zone, plenty of shade, food trucks, and live music. Children 12 and under get in free, so bring the whole family for the day.

What does general admission include?
General admission is $10 and gets you all-day access to the show: 150+ cars, live music, the vendor market, food trucks, and the awards ceremony on the main stage.
What comes with a VIP pass?
The $25 VIP pass adds shaded seating near the stage, a welcome drink, and early entry ahead of general gates. VIP is limited and goes on sale soon. Join the VIP notify list to be first in line.
Do kids need a ticket?
No. Children 12 and under are admitted free with a paying adult. The kids zone and most activities are included at no extra cost.
Where do the ticket proceeds go?
All proceeds benefit the Fredericksburg Morning Rotary Club and its community projects across the Hill Country. Buying a ticket directly supports local causes.

How do I enter my car in the show?
Register online ahead of the show through the registration page. Entry is $30 per vehicle and includes a dash plaque, driver perks, and judging across all classes.
What does the entry fee cover?
The $30 entry fee covers your reserved show spot, a collectible dash plaque, a driver packet, and entry into judging for your class and for Best in Show.
What time do entrants arrive?
Entrant load-in starts at 9 AM. Registered cars roll into Marktplatz and stage by class. Check in at the entrant tent for your plaque and packet before gates open at noon.
How is judging done?
A volunteer panel scores entries across all eight classes through the morning. Class winners, People's Choice, and Best in Show are announced from the main stage at 3:30 PM.

Where exactly is the show held?
The show fills historic Marktplatz and the surrounding Main Street in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg, TX, an easy walk from shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms.
Where do I park?
Free public parking is available throughout downtown Fredericksburg, a short walk from Marktplatz on Main Street. Arrive early on show day for the closest spots.
Is the show accessible?
Yes. Marktplatz and Main Street are flat and walkable, with accessible parking nearby and restrooms on site. Reach out through the contact options if you have specific access needs.
What happens if it rains?
The show is rain or shine. Light weather rarely stops a Hill Country car show. In the event of severe weather, updates are posted to our social channels and emailed to entrants.

Who organizes the Car Fest?
The show is organized and run by the Fredericksburg Morning Rotary Club, with help from local volunteers and sponsors. It has been a Hill Country tradition for 20 years.
Where do the proceeds go?
Every dollar raised goes back into the community through the Fredericksburg Morning Rotary Club, funding scholarships, local nonprofits, and Hill Country projects.
